Jacob: We were playing Darts.

Josh: (louder) No.

Jacob: O yes, remember? You had gotten in the way. You became the target and O how fun that was. You moved so much. (Jacob drops a dart by Josh) Remember?

Josh: You threw it at me, breaking things… hurting me.

Jacob: Quite exhilarating. (Dropping another Dart into the light)

Josh: Did you even realize what you did to your own son, Dad?

Jacob: I have no son, you just an exception, a mistake. (Drops a third dart)

Josh: (face distorted, stressed, and close to crying) Did-did she … she…mean? Any… Thing? O-or was that… a lie? Too? (Silence) Answer me you venomous –

Jacob: Venomous what? Do not blame Me for Her mistake. Do not forget that she got in the way of that final dart. Do not forget why she came down in the first place. You got in the way.

Josh: You were drunk.

Jacob: She died because of you.

Josh: No

Jacob: She died because you were in the wrong place, at the wrong time.

Josh: Liar, you sought me out.

Jacob: Your mother died singing her last song to an expendable child.

Josh: Get out! Get out. (Snatching up darts) get out or I'll–

Jacob: Or what? You will kill me too? Do you even have the gull for that? Can you so much as throw away what little innocence you have left to kill the one man you know you cannot?

Josh: Murderer.

Jacob: We have a visitor it seems.
